SARATOGA SPRING - Marcia White, who took over as the new president and executive director of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center earlier this month, presided over her first monthly meeting of SPAC's board of directors Tuesday.
But the shadow of her predecessor, Herb Chesbrough, still loomed large.
